Cancellation Policy: I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. However, appointments are reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent other clients from being able to book that time. Please read and understand the following policy before booking: • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • 100% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled. This will be considered a no-show and the 100% cancellation fee will apply. • Rescheduling: Please give as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule. Providing adequate notice allows clients on the waiting list an opportunity to take your appointment time. Emergencies & Communication: I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen. If you have an emergency or know you’re going to be running a few minutes behind, please message me as soon as possible.
